Acai supplements are the latest super food to get touted by trainers and trainers.  Dr. Perricone has included this as his top supplement on his list of the top 10 superfoods.

What is it that makes the acai berry so special? Well we are are talking more protein than an egg and if you drink energy drinks likely you get that ‘punch’ from added sugars such as high fructose corn syrup.  Have you considered acai juice as an energy drink?
